Sunrise Service :)
Once again our stay at the Lotus was filled with good times, lots of laughter, and genuine caring from Rich (and everybody else).Where else can you get catered to for your every whim and need, and taken on a lovely walk to shoot pictures at dawn? We can't say enough about this place and feel it is our home away from home (only cleaner!) We can't wait until our next visit! Thank you again!

Amazing experience from beginning to end.
Beautiful well located guest house with the most amazing staff ever. After spending 4 weeks doing a coast to coast US trip, staying here was like paradise. Staff are all amazing, like staying at the house of a good friend. Hopefully see you again soon thanks for the stay!

We found our OZ
From the moment we rang the door bell at the Lotus Guest House we were treated like Queens. The house was spotless and the room was gorgeous. Rich and Bill were very attentive to our desires and needs. They made us feel as we were family. Thank you boys for a wonderful weekend. Love the girls

RICH & TODD
This was the best vacation I have had in ages. I stayed twice over two weeks and had great rooms both times. Rich made me feel very at home. Todd and Rich work hard to help the guests feel comfortable with eachother. I loved the mornings with coffee on the back deck talking with the staff and all the guests.
Lotus is my Ptown place now!

The Lotus Staff is the best in ptown without a doubt!

GREAT HOUSE / HOSTS / OWNER
Bennie and I had a great 5 days. Super clean house, great rooms, great hosts and the owner is super nice.Will be back.

Bachelorette Party!
I brought my good friend and some girls from the wedding party to P-town for their first visit this past weekend. They LOVED the Guest House and the amazing recommendations that Rich and Todd had. As always, the service and friendliness I received from them was far more than expected. I wish all places were as relaxing and fun to stay at as the Lotus! Keep it up guys and see you on the next trip!

Perfect Place
Just got back from 3 wonderful days. Lotus was perfect location with nice accomodations. Todd & Rich were excellent hosts! Thanks !!

perfect weekend
