GREAT HOUSE / HOSTS / OWNER
Bennie and I had a great 5 days. Super clean house, great rooms, great hosts and the owner is super nice.Will be back.

Bachelorette Party!
I brought my good friend and some girls from the wedding party to P-town for their first visit this past weekend. They LOVED the Guest House and the amazing recommendations that Rich and Todd had. As always, the service and friendliness I received from them was far more than expected. I wish all places were as relaxing and fun to stay at as the Lotus! Keep it up guys and see you on the next trip!

Perfect Place
Just got back from 3 wonderful days. Lotus was perfect location with nice accomodations. Todd & Rich were excellent hosts! Thanks !!

perfect weekend
1st time stay at the lotus guest house, but not my last. everyone was so nice, and hospitable. location was perfect.

Memorial Day Weekend
This was my second stay @ Lotus and again, I was amazed by the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Rich and Todd are the best hosts in P-town! They carried my bags and even had a welcome back banner for me upon arrival. The guest house itself is convenient to everything, SUPER clean and very comfortable. Every time I stay, it gets harder and harder to go home afterward! Thanks guys! See you in June for my 3rd visit this summer!

How much do we love Lotus Guest House
Rich and Todd are the absolute best hosts in Ptown and the Cape, for that matter. So attentive and welcoming, even when we arrived way past our intended ETA. You guys also helped make my dear friend's b-day extra special! Still dreaming about those cupcakes ;-). We so enjoyed the accommodations; the renovations look great! Thanks for everything. Wish we were still there, enjoying a glass of cava on the veranda.

Wonderful!!
I had the most enjoyable stay! I felt welcome as soon as I stepped through the door. Room and bathroom were VERY clean and my bed was soooo comfortable. I would highly recommend LGH to anyone and will be back!

Simply the best...
This weekend, my girlfriend and I had the extreme pleasure of staying at the Lotus. We brought along five friends, some of whom have been to P-town before and some had not. From our intial phone calls in booking the room, we instantly had that "warm-fuzzy feeling" and when we arrived we were greeted by Todd, who we absolutely ADORED! He made us all feel like family that he warmly welcomed to his house. He was accomodating in every way and truly made our stay that much better! Give that boy raise! Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay. We have already decided that we could never stay anywhere but the Lotus! We are already planning our summer vacation stay with you.
