617-748-1428 or 877-783-3779. There is high-speed ferry service several times a day, which takes 90 minutes each way, as well as a traditional slower and less expensive ferry which leaves Boston in the morning and Provincetown in the afternoon. Leaves from World Trade Center, Boston.
The Lotus Guest House, 296 Commercial St., is half a block from the ferry. Turn left on Commercial St. Entrance is down the path on the right side of the building.

Plymouth & Brockton Bus Lines from Boston ... 508-771-6191. There are busses from Logan Airport to Hyannis every hour, but there are only 3 busses a day all the way to Provincetown, so make sure to check the schedule.
Plymouth & Brockton Bus Lines connects to Peter Pan Bus Line in Hyannis for Providence and New York.
Train You can take the train to Boston's South Station and then take the ferry to Provincetown.
