WE REPLACED ALL WINDOWS, ROOF, AND SIDING FOR HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENCY, AND WE CONSIDERED YOUR PRIVACY BY ADDING SOUNDPROOF INSULATION AND DOORS.

Our beautiful Victorian building is situated in the heart of Provincetown, in the best "walk to everything location", one block from beaches, bus and ferry. The large non-smoking rooms are newly furnished in a very tasteful contemporary style. All rooms have quiet AC, flat screen TVs, new mattresses and beds, and plush carpets. Wi-fi is provided free of charge. Additionally many rooms have king sized beds, seasonal fireplaces, bar sinks with refrigerator and microwave, and elegant new bathrooms. Several rooms can connect to create suites with private walk through between 2, 3, and even 4 rooms.
We have secured several parking spaces for our guests, which is available with prior arrangements.

Room rate is for single or double occupancy. There is a $20 charge per additional guest. Check out time is 11AM. Check in after 2PM. Please make advance arrangements for arrivals after 6 PM. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Cash. Personal checks are acceptable only as deposit on early advanced reservations. The balance is due on arrival.
A deposit of 50% is requested at time of reservation, but in case something comes up and you need to cancel, we will be happy to refund your deposit for a 10% processing fee up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Your deposit is not refundable within 3 weeks of arrival. No refunds on shortened stays.
